ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions, providing support to the HR and Admin team in recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day operations. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in human resources, allowing you to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Human Resources:
    • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
    • Help in the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
    • Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs.
    • Assist in performance management activities, such as scheduling feedback sessions.
    • Help ensure the company follows HR policies and labor laws.

  2. Administrative Functions:
    • Assist with daily office operations, ensuring an efficient work environment.
    • Help manage office supplies and equipment.
    • Support scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and correspondence.
    • Aid in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • Strong interest in human resources and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
